Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wise Mind TCG. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging (for sealed product, packaging must be completely intact and unopened)

Important: Opened booster packs, booster boxes, and any opened sealed TCG products are not eligible for return due to the randomized nature of TCG products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at caleb.roots@wisemindtcg.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened sealed TCG product (booster packs, boxes, bundles)
• Digital downloads or promo codes
• Items marked as final sale
